  1. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel an appointment by clicking the Change/Cancel appointment button in your appointment reminder email or by contacting me at info@dexrandall.com. Cancellations are accepted until 24 hours before your appointment.
  2. Re-schedule Policy: You can re-schedule an appointment by clicking the Change/Cancel appointment button in your appointment reminder email or by contacting me at info@dexrandall.com. Re-schedules are accepted until 24 hours before your appointment.
  3. Payment: All services are payable at time of program purchase (program) or appointment booking (single session). Credit/debit card payments are accepted online via Stripe.
  4. Services:  I (the client) understand and agree that dexrandall.com services are dedicated to assisting and supporting people in positively changing their personal and professional lives. The owner and primary operator Dex Randall does this by offering life coaching and/or energetic healing tools and services, to be implemented at the client’s own discretion. I (the client) understand that the aforementioned life coaching and/or energetic healing tools and services are NOT in any way considered to be medical advice or treatment. I (the client) also understand that Dex Randall is NOT a personal healthcare provider in ANY form and that I will seek proper medical treatment for my personal health. There has been no claim made that any of the aforementioned life coaching and/or energetic healing tools and services will directly change my current situation. I (the client) take full responsibility for any life changing effects or consequences, positive or negative, that this may or may not have and agree that positive feedback made by me pertaining to my session(s) may be used as social proof. I (the client) understand and acknowledge that choosing to work with dexrandall.com for life coaching and/or energetic healing is indeed a choice and I (the client) understand that I will get back what I myself put in towards my own growth, progress and transformation. The services, the entire relationship between myself (the client) and dexrandall.com, and any litigation between myself (the client) and dexrandall.com (whether grounded in contract, tort, statute, law, or equity) shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Should a dispute ever arise, I (the client) agree that prior to seeking arbitration, I will submit my complaint via e-mail to info@dexrandall.com.
  5. 30 day money back guarantee: If, after purchasing the Beat Burnout or Burnout to Leadership program and completing 30 days of that program, you feel you did not receive value, I will refund your purchase price, subject to proof that you did all the requested work during the 30 days. Please submit your request by email within 40 days of date of purchase, including or attaching the work you completed and a reason for your request.
